Are prices fixed or hourly?
Fixed. The "from" prices are starting points for a standard scope; after we discuss your requirements you get one fixed quote. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
How do payments work?
Typically 40% to start, 40% at the working-demo milestone, and 20% on final deployment. International clients pay via Payoneer or bank transfer; Tanzanian clients can pay via bank or mobile money.
Who owns the code and the system after delivery?
You do. Full handover: source code repository, database, hosting, and admin credentials all transferred to your accounts, with documentation. You're never locked in.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes — every build includes 30 days of free bug fixes after deployment. After that, ongoing support and new features are available as a monthly retainer or per-task quotes.
Can you work with my existing website or system?
Usually yes. I can add modules (invoicing, inventory, online ordering) alongside existing systems, or migrate your data — importing your current product list from Excel is standard in every inventory build.
Why should I trust systems built in Tanzania?
Because they're built for harder conditions than most. My systems handle offline scanning, mobile-money payments, and unreliable connectivity — and run on global infrastructure (Cloudflare, Supabase/Postgres) with row-level security. Both platforms are live; test them yourself before spending a dollar.
