A complete e-commerce platform for a 5-branch supermarket chain — customer storefront plus a 3-tier admin panel (superadmin, assistant, branch manager), each scoped to their own branches and data.

  • M-Pesa payment flow live in production, plus cash on delivery
  • Map-pin delivery: customer drops a pin, the system calculates distance-based delivery charges automatically
  • Loyalty card program with automated email delivery to customers
  • One-tap WhatsApp rider dispatch — order details sent to the delivery rider in one click

Sable Hills Farm — Order Portal

A custom B2B order booking portal for Sable Hills Farm — a Tanzanian make-to-order dairy in Iringa producing cream cheese, mascarpone, crème fraîche, ricotta, feta, halloumi, and yoghurts. Their retailers apply, get vetted, and place orders that auto-organize into the farm's weekly production rounds. Delivered from scope to live in one week.

  • Application → approval workflow: retailers apply, admin vets and approves, approved customers receive a set-password email to activate their account
  • Product catalog with photos, shelf-life per item, and quantity picker — pricing stays in QuickBooks (per-client rates)
  • Automatic production-round assignment based on the farm's four weekly cut-offs (Tue / Thu / Fri / Sat deliveries)
  • Admin can manually move orders between rounds to fill production runs efficiently — milk collection is costly, so round-filling matters
  • Round summary export (PDF + Excel) with product totals, tray counts, pack/expiry dates, and per-client breakdown — replaces the client's Excel schedule for the production kitchen
  • Automated email notifications to orders@sablehillsfarm.com on every submission, sent from a Microsoft 365 distribution group
  • Runs on a subdomain of the client's existing GoDaddy website — no rebuild of their main site required
